An evening with Terra Vita Farms

Over the past 3 years, Wilmington Compost Company has had the unique opportunity to get to know our local community at an even greater capacity. As part of our mission to raise awareness about regenerative agriculture, we want to showcase the amazing efforts of both our partners and customers, and their contribution to this mission. We hope you get to know and love this community as much as we do!

This time around we would like to highlight Terra Vita Farm, a small, biologically minded, farm located in Castle Hayne, NC. As the only completely no-spray and Certified Naturally Grown farm in Wilmington, Mike and Casey practice no-till farming while building healthy soils and ecosystems. From using compost in the plots around their field, to compostable packaging for their micro greens, Terra Vita Farm, has rooted their mission in closing the loop. Over the years, we have become so grateful to know Mike + TV Farms! They are instrumental to our community’s growth towards a regenerative system.
